I'm Jayme - marketing strategist, founder of Posy Social, and the person brands call when they're ready to stop being the best-kept secret in their industry.

I've spent 8+ years behind the scenes of some of Australia's most recognisable brands - building the strategies, the campaigns, and the cult-like communities that turn good products into names people cannot stop talking about (think Rise & Conquer, Lahana Swim).

I started Posy in 2024 because I kept seeing the same thing - incredible founders, incredible products, and marketing that was making them impossible to find or wasn’t converting their audiences. I knew I could fix that. So I did.

Here's something you should know about me.

Since I was 14, I've been obsessed with psychology. I thought I was going to be a criminal psychologist (but that’s a story for another time)… Long story short, I went into marketing instead, because at its core, marketing is just psychology with a strategy behind it. Understanding people, connecting with them, figuring out what makes them feel something - that's where I live.

I was raised by a psychic mum, a life coach dad, and a district manager stepdad. Which honestly explains everything about how I operate. I love numbers, data, and a sharp business strategy - but I'll also always help you follow your gut, understand yourself, and figure out what's actually blocking you from growing.

Outside of work?

I'm a Gold Coast girl who is borderline obsessed with sunrises, sunsets, good food, pretty photos, and just - experiencing things. If it makes me feel something, I'm in.
